Add Services

While a set a services are enabled by default, you can click the “ENABLE SERVICES” button to find more Micro-Services available for your solution within Murano’s IoT Exchange marketplace.

Configure a Service

Services enabled for the solution are listed on that page. Clicking on one will display the documentation and settings to use that services. Note: Not all services need a configuration.

React to Service events

Murano is an Event based System in which scripts are executed when triggered by a Micro-Service event. Those events are accessible under each service item.

The event handler screen will allow you to input custom Lua code to utilize data from the events.

All services events payload are documented on the Micro-Services reference page under the 'events' section for each service. Note: Not all services have events.

Murano IoT-Connectors are exposed to application as Micro-Services themselves and can be therefore added, configured and access from scripting in the same way as other services. You will see the list of available IoT-Connector on the IoT-Connector-Setup entry.

Create your Own Service

You can also integrate any external HTTP APIs as a Murano Service by publishing an OpenAPI service to Exosite Exchange marketplace.
